Terms of Use

1. The licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Stashify on Android devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, rent, lease, sell or redistribute the app, except as the law allows.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the documents and information you put into Stashify. They are stored on your device, and you are responsible for them and for keeping backups. Only add content you have the right to keep. Stashify helps you organise documents; it does not verify, certify or replace official originals.

3. Stashify Plus subscriptions and purchases

• Stashify Plus is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Where a free trial is offered, payment is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then; any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price unless we tell you otherwise.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in the Google Play Store app (Profile › Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions), or from Stashify’s Settings › Plus › Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policies.
• Use “Restore purchases” to bring Plus back on a new device signed in with the same Google account.

4. AI features

AI suggestions (sections, filing places, titles, summaries and sorting) are generated automatically on your device and can be wrong. Check important results before relying on them.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Stashify to break the law or to store content that infringes others’ rights.

6. Maintenance and support

Tekhnologia Innovations alone is responsible for providing maintenance and support for Stashify, as described on our Support page.

7. Warranty

Stashify is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost; keep backups of important documents.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tekhnologia Innovations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, documents, profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use Stashify. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Stashify Plus in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Product claims

We are responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party relating to the app or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.

10. Intellectual property

Stashify, its design and artwork belong to Tekhnologia Innovations. If a third party claims that the app or your use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.

11. Legal compliance

You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

12. Google Play

These Terms are between you and Tekhnologia Innovations only, not Google. Your use of Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

13. Third-party terms

You must comply with applicable third-party terms (such as your wireless data agreement) when using the app. Open-source components included in Stashify are listed on the Licences page.

14. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Your licence ends automatically if you break these Terms; you can end it at any time by deleting the app.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
